A photojournalist by training, I believe in interfering as little as possible with your day, allowing you to experience it in its entirety without requiring it to fit a preconceived visual box. I believe that beauty is intrinsically inherent in any wedding day, though the manner in which it appears varies widely from one couple to the next.

I have photographed ceremonies in churches, on rooftops, in fields, and in museums; have documented surprise weddings and vow renewals, intimate gatherings with a handful of people and grandiose celebrations with hundreds of guests. They have all been memorable, and each set of images is unique.

I start as early as you want me to start and stay until you’re ready for me to leave. I photograph the excitement, the tears, the joy, even the quirky mishaps. When you look back on your wedding photographs in the years to come, I want you to remember not only the clothes you wore and the flowers you held, but also who you were and what you felt on the day you both were married.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism and I have recently been accepted into the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). In addition to appearing in wedding albums around the Philadelphia area, my images can be seen from time to time in the Philadelphia Daily News. I live in West Philadelphia with my husband and our beautiful son.
